They do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, representation, or promise that you will achieve similar or any particular result. Each immigration case is unique, subject to individual facts, government discretion, policy changes, economic conditions, and factors entirely outside our knowledge or control.
ApproveMyVisa, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, consultants, licensors, and agents (collectively, the "Protected Parties") accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any visa refusal, rejection, delay, administrative error, ban, cancellation, appeal failure, processing mistake, lost document, government error, or any other adverse immigration outcome, regardless of whether you used our services, followed our guidance, or relied on any information provided by the Platform.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, equity, or otherwise — and even if the Protected Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
You agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Protected Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and expert costs) arising out of or related to:

We reserve the right, in our absolute sole discretion and without any liability to you or any third party, to suspend, restrict, block, or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, immediately and without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach or suspected breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity; failure to make payment; requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities; extended inactivity; or operational, technical, legal, or commercial requirements.
Upon termination: all licenses and rights granted to you immediately expire; you must cease all use of the Platform; we may delete your account data subject to our data retention obligations. Termination does not entitle you to any refund except as expressly provided in Section 8.

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved informally.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us and allow at least thirty (30) calendar days for good-faith informal resolution of the dispute. Failure to attempt informal resolution shall be grounds for dismissal of any formal proceeding.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, mass action, or representative proceeding against ApproveMyVisa or the Protected Parties. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity only.
Any claim or cause of action arising from or related to your use of the Platform must be commenced within one (1) year after the event giving rise to the claim, after which such claim is permanently time-barred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
